Return Policy | Easy 30-Day Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Surefit Home Décor you can return your item(s) with 30 days of receipt of order, less the shipping costs. Returns must be received within 15 days of return label creation and return request, otherwise a refund will not be issued. All sales after 30 days from the original shipment date are considered final. Additionally, Final Sale, Outlet, and Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

Pre-Paid shipping labels are for Returns in the 48 contiguous states only. Pre-Paid Shipping labels are not applicable to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, US Territories, Canada and APO/DPO addresses.

Refunds are issued within 30 business days upon receipt of your package(s) [excluding weekends and holidays] in the original form of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Payments, etc.)




Conditions for a return refund (Less original shipping costs, if applicable):


  • Returns must be received in re-saleable condition.
  • Item(s) must include the original packaging and paperwork.
  • Item(s) cannot be worn, soiled, stained, laundered or have pet hair.
  • Item(s) cannot be altered (including removal of care or law labels).
  • Shipping costs for returns are not refundable

 

Return Instructions by Returns Portal:

  1. Access Returns Portal: surefitdirect.returnscenter.com http://surefitdirect.returnscenter.com
  2. Enter your Order number & email, then follow steps for Return Authorization
  3. Once you complete your request you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)
  4. Pack your item(s) carefully in the original packaging, print your return authorization form and include the return authorization form inside the box.
  5. Print the UPS shipping Label and apply to package
  6. Ship the package back to our warehouse, within 15 days of generating and printing label.
  7. Once Received the return will be reviewed and if approved, authorized.

  2. Pack your item(s) carefully in the original packaging, print your return authorization form and include the return authorization form inside the box.

Shipping

 

Ship the package back using our convenient PRE-PAID UPS shipping label service* ($12.50/order will be deducted from refund)

  • Your label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
  • Print your pre-paid UPS return label. If you are unable to print on your own, your local UPS Store may be able to assist.
  • Affix your UPS label to the outside of the box, ensuring the original shipping label is completely covered (or removed).
  • Drop the package off at any authorized UPS shipping outlet (including UPS drop boxes & UPS stores).
  • Please record the tracking number to trace the package (18 digit number located at the bottom of the shipping label)

Can I return items from a Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer?

Yes, but your refund amount for each item will be proportionally reduced.   When you purchase items as a Buy One Get One offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If any item is returned, the refund will be equal to the original price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount.

When purchasing items as part of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, the promotional discount is based on the lowest priced item, then applied to each item proportionately. If you choose to return any of the items, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.

 

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Free

Returns are accepted for BOGO Free offers. If returned item is the full retail priced item, the Free Item must be returned for a full refund, less the return shipping fee. If the free item is not returned, the price of the free item will be deducted from the returned item, less the return shipping fee. If returned item is the free item, no refund will be given, less the return shipping fee. If both items are returned, a full refund, less the return shipping fee and shipping charge if incurred when order was shipped to you will be given.

 

Buy One, Get One (BOGO) 50% Off

Returns are accepted for BOGO 50% Off offers. When you purchase items as a Buy One, Get One 50% Off offer, the discount reflecting the price of the lowest-priced item is proportionally applied to each eligible item. If any item is returned with two different items purchased, the refund will be equal to the original purchase price of the item reduced by the proportional discounted amount less the return shipping fee. If one of two of the same items is returned, the refund will be for the discounted item less the return shipping fee. If both items are returned, a full refund, less the return shipping fee and shipping charge if incurred when order was shipped to you will be given.

 

Free Gift with Purchase

Please be aware that if your returned items cause the total value of your order to fall below the required threshold for qualifying for the complimentary gift, you will need to return the free gift as well. To be eligible for a full refund, both the purchased item(s) and the complimentary gift must be returned in their original condition. If the gift is not included with your return, the MSRP value of the gift will be deducted from your refund. Gifts included with your purchases are not individually exchangeable or refundable. We cannot make substitutions for different versions, colors, or variants.

 

How to Return Defective or Order Issues Products

If you are returning the product due to a problem with your order or if you require a replacement product, please contact us or you can process the return thru the portal and state your reason for return as Defective or Other and write in issue.

 

How to Exchange a Product

Quality Return:

To exchange an item, please go thru the Returns portal and indicate that you are issuing a return for your item due to Quality return and select option for Refund or Exchange. If you are selecting Exchange, then and the item for exchange or contact customer service to initiate the exchange. All returns submitted within the 30 days of receipt will be credited back to the card for which they were purchased. Exchange requests made in your return package will be handled as a return and be charged the $12.50 return service fee.

Other Return:

To exchange an item, please contact Customer Service OR go thru the Returns portal and indicate that you are issuing a return for your item and and select the item for exchange mark the reason as Other and explain why or leave write in blank. Then place a new order for the item(s) you would like or contact customer service to initiate the exchange and placement of new order. All returns submitted within the 30 days of receipt will be credited back to the card for which they were purchased. Exchange requests made in your return package will be handled as a return and be charged the $12.50 return service fee.
